Ming Restaurant offers customers stylish and elegant surroundings in which to spend a pleasant evening enjoying fine food and excellent service. Diners at our restaurant are able to enjoy a drink or two at our spacious bar before entering the main dining area - and from here can view the antics of the Chinese Oranda fish.
The restaurant itself , arranged on two levels, seats around 85 people with various table sizes to accommodate large and small parties.

A particular feature of the restaurant is the indoor waterfall within a tasteful arrangement of plants and huge pebbles which is gently reflected in the subtle mirror effect walls.

Mr Y K Man on a recent visit to Hong Kong in September 2004, had the pleasure to meet with Mr Leung, a much loved and well renowned chef in the country. Mr Leung has been highly influential in Chinese cooking, managing several restaurants and has his own weekly television programme. He has given Mr Man some inspirational ideas and some new and exciting authentic Chinese dishes will be reflected in the MING menu shortly.
